This is the project I am most proud of from my time at university.
Amelie
This was my first proper construction management role at RWCMD where I: attended weekly production meetings, drafted construction drawings, delegated and oversaw builds, completed a CDM and Green Book, led a get in and get out, and was present during tech week to make changes and adjustments to the set when needed.
Footloose
As a specialism for my final year at RWCMD I collaborated with my old high school to build them a reusable set. As this was not a college production I had a very minimal budget and help, and I had to be production manager, construction manager, and builder all in one! I also facilitated a workshop for some student of the school to come to the RWCMD workshop and experience set painting.
Cold Case
While finishing my first year of my foundation degree I was approached by a friend on the design course to work on a short film that a group of USW students were making for their final project. I ended up becoming the construction manager for the set and we made a great set on a very minimal budget using recycled set pieces and junk!
