Commission work I did for a friend. I drew it up on Aspire then cut it out of 18mm MDF on the CNC.

I incorporated the join of the two boards into the design to make it as seamless as possible.

I like to use layers and grouped toolpaths to organise my work.

It may look confusing to others but it makes it easier for me to navigate and manage.

Through experimentation I figured out how to cut moulding on the CNC. I managed to make it already mitred and in the size I wanted rather than making strips of moulding.
